What does the time on my ticket mean?
The time on your ticket (ex 5 PM) is your entry window. You can arrive up to 30 minutes before or after that time. Once inside, you’re welcome to stay as long as you’d like.
Do I need a ticket to attend?
Yes. Every guest needs a ticket to enter Oktoberfest Houston. We are Always All Ages, and guests 21+ with a valid government-issued ID may enjoy our full bar featuring official Hofbräu München beer, seasonal cocktails, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks, including mocktails.

What can I expect?

Is there a live German band?
There sure is, and it’s one of the biggest reasons people fall in love with Oktoberfest Houston. Our authentic German band fills the venue with traditional drinking songs, sing-alongs, and dancing. DJs and other live entertainment may also perform throughout the season.
What kind of drinks are available?
Raise a stein of official Hofbräu München beer, brewed in Munich, Germany and served at the world’s original Oktoberfest. Our full bars also serve seasonal cocktails, wine, hard seltzers, mocktails, soda, bottled water, and other non-alcoholic beverages.
What kind of food can I expect?
Come hungry! From traditional German bratwurst piled on a bun to giant Bavarian pretzels made for sharing, Oktoberfest Houston serves the classics that have brought people together for generations.
What should I wear?
Many guests dress up in a dirndl or lederhosen to feel part of the celebration, making every photo and sing-along even more memorable. Add your outfit when purchasing tickets or visit our on-site Dirndl & Lederhosen Shop.
What is your ticket policy?
Plans change, we get it. While all ticket sales are final and non-refundable, you can use Easy Exchange to move your tickets to another available date or entry time. Price differences and availability may apply.

Can I change my ticket date & time?
Yes! If your plans change, you can exchange your tickets for another available date and time through your order confirmation email.
How do I exchange my tickets?
Open your confirmation email, click Manage Order, select Exchange Ticket, choose your new date and time, and confirm your exchange. Your updated tickets will be emailed automatically. Note: tickets can only be exchanged once, exchanges are subject to availability, and any price difference is due at exchange (no refunds or credit if the new tickets cost less). I purchased ticket insurance — now what?
If you purchased optional Ticket Protection at checkout, any refund request must be submitted directly through the Ticket Protection provider listed in your order confirmation email. Our team cannot approve, deny, or process these claims. Need help? Contact Ticket Support: 888-704-1309.
Do you accept walk-up tickets?
Yes, if tickets are still available. We recommend purchasing online in advance, as packages and admission may sell out, and tickets purchased at the door may be higher priced. We are 100% cashless and accept credit cards and Apple Pay only; a valid government-issued ID matching your payment method is required at the door.
I purchased refund protection when I purchased my tickets. How do I file a claim?
- Visit https://refund.bookingprotect.com/sign-up
- Create an account or sign in to your existing account.
- Complete the online refund application.
- Submit any supporting documents requested by Booking Protect.
How do I exchange or reschedule my tickets?
- If the price is the same, there is no additional charge.
- If the price is higher, you will pay the difference shown during the exchange.
- If the price is lower, you may still select that date and time. However, our third-party ticketing provider’s no-refund policy does not allow the price difference to be refunded or credited.
- Open your confirmation email.
- Click “View and Manage Order.”
- Select “Exchange Ticket.”
- Carefully choose your new date and time.
- Click “Select” and then “Continue.”
- Repeat for each ticket in your order, if needed.
- Click “Checkout” and then “Submit Exchange.”
- Pay the difference if your new selection is priced higher.

Is parking available?
We highly recommend using Uber, Lyft, taxis, or public transportation when visiting Oktoberfest Houston.
What bags are allowed?
Small bags, purses, diaper bags, and backpacks are welcome. All bags are subject to inspection upon entry, so we recommend bringing only what you need for the quickest way into the party.
What items are prohibited?
To help keep Oktoberfest Houston safe and enjoyable for everyone, please leave these items at home: outside food or beverages, outside alcohol, illegal substances, weapons of any kind, glass containers, fireworks, drones, laser pointers, and anything deemed unsafe by our team. All guests and belongings are subject to security screening upon entry.
Can I bring my own food or drinks?
Food and drinks from outside Oktoberfest Houston, including takeout, delivery, and beverages from nearby restaurants, can’t be brought inside. We’ve got everything you need to celebrate, from bratwurst and pretzels to official Hofbräu München beer, cocktails, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks.
Can I bring my pet?
We love pets, but with large crowds, live music, and a lively festival atmosphere, Oktoberfest Houston can be overwhelming for many animals. Only trained service animals are permitted, and they must remain under their handler’s control at all times.
Is smoking or vaping permitted?
To help everyone enjoy the celebration, smoking, vaping, and the use of e-cigarettes are not permitted anywhere inside Oktoberfest Houston.
Is there security screening?

What happens if it rains?

To help keep the celebration running smoothly for everyone, re-entry is not permitted after you leave Oktoberfest Houston. Be sure to bring everything you need before entering.
Is it wheelchair and stroller accessible?
Yes! Guests using wheelchairs, mobility devices, and strollers are welcome. Oktoberfest Houston is an indoor event. If you need assistance during your visit, just ask one of our team members.

Yes. Oktoberfest Houston is a limited seasonal pop-up, so we encourage buying in advance. Prices vary by date, time, and package, and tend to increase closer to popular dates as they sell out. All sales are final, and tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be changed after purchase.
